Roy and his team made my wife and I feel like members of their family. This was my first exotic purchase and never for a moment did I feel pressured or pushed. They offered advice when it was needed, and let me take my time to make the best decision for myself.Once I purchased my 2003 Murcielago Roy... made it clear I could call him personally at any time for any reason, which has made the experience much more comfortable for both my wife and I. Sure enough, a small question popped up my first day of ownership and he replied to me within 15 minutes.I plan to own many more Lamborghinis after this an I hope to purchase them all from Cats Exotics!Also in contrast to some of the other reviewers, I am fairly young and dress in jeans and t-shirts and every time I showed up (even before I was going to purchase) I was welcomed quickly and had all questions answered. Can't say enough good things about Roy and the whole team! I got a hell of a deal and he was super nice to work with.I generally don't buy from dealers because of their usual tricks but Roy is one of those rare ones which I highly recommend. I have been looking for an Italian luxury sports car for a while now. I was never in any hurry and knew when I found it I would know. Well, that day came one day when I visited Cats Exotics. I saw the car I wanted and I could not get it off my mind, day or night. I talked to Roy Cats about not... being in a hurry and wanting to make sure I made the correct decision when making such a huge investment. He explained the different models and what you would get for what price and was very patient with me over the month while I did my due diligence. This patience, along with his extreme knowledge of the different models, and knowing I was supporting my community, made it very easy for me to give his company the business. Now, even after the sale, Roy has been very supportive with me and my never ending questions on my new car. The entire staff has been professional and knowledgeable. I can't go anywhere without somebody wanting to take a picture or video of the car. It's amazing and grows on me everyday, I don't regret my decision one bit and can see why so many people want to take a picture of such an exquisite, well-build luxury sports car. When it's time to upgrade - I will be back to tak to Roy Cats! Show more

Jonathan recently helped me and my dad sell my '72 Chevelle. Although the car is in great shape and was previously purchased at Barrett-Jackson a few years ago, the car's color and its automatic transmission made it difficult to sell on our own, especially in the Bay Area, so we were definitely plea...santly surprised with how relatively quickly Cats Exotics was able to get it sold, and at such a great price too! My dad is a huge classic car collector to say the least and has had a lot of experience with speciality dealerships like Cats Exotics and how slimy dealers can be, but our experience with Jonathan and his business was anything but that. Jonathan is not your stereotypical pushy and arrogant salesperson. He and his team made the process of getting my car sold seamless- in an incredibly friendly, transparent, professional, and efficient manner. It also really says something if my dad (Ted Nugent's clone) really likes a car dealer!When I move out of cramped San Francisco I'll be looking for another classic car and will definitely use Jonathan to help me out in the future. I discovered Cats Exotics by accident. I had driven by them a million times but, for some reason, thought they were a body shop. Once I realized they sold cars, I started checking their website and it was not long before I found a car I wanted to test drive. Roy was very easy-going and friendl...y and made no fuss about me taking it out alone to test drive. I said I wanted to think about it (had other test drives scheduled) and he was very low pressure with a "Come back when you are ready" attitude.In the end, I made an offer on the car and completed the purchase with Jonathan's help. Very easy to work with, friendly people and my bank told me they value the car at a significantly higher dollar value than my purchase price. Interestingly, as part of my car-shopping due diligence, I went to the dealership where my husband and I bought our last two cars (Audis) to see about ordering a new one. Though I had set an appointment ahead, the salesman was very dismissive, basically rushing off to a test drive with another customer. I felt brushed off and kind of offended after that. I was ready to order $150,000 car and all I got was "Sorry I have a test drive to get to--here is a brochure to take with you."Roy and Jonathan were the exact opposite - very laid-back, took the time to discuss options with me, just a great blend of friendly and professional. Can't say enough good about them and they would be my first choice if I choose to add another high-end car to my family! Show more

Cats Exotics is on a whole other level above any other dealership I've dealt with over the years! I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jonathan and Roy over at Cats and their service and passion has been truly incredible. They have helped me get 2 very important cars for my collection, one of which I th...ought that I would never find ever. Jonathan truly cares about his clients and listens to them, which I believe is extremely important in any sales position. After my first purchase (which was BY FAR the smoothest and easiest purchase I have ever made) Jonathan and Roy remembered from our pervious conversation what my dream car was, and a few months later Jonathan came across this vehicle and immediately called me. He quickly got my photos and personally drove with Roy to inspect the car for me as I live in Los Angeles and got me my dream car. I cannot even begin to express how truly thankful I am that these guys exist in the car world. They share the passion and love for vehicles with all their clients and really care to make them happy and 100% comfortable and satisfied with all of their deals.
